I aim to achieve good levels of feedback from my customers and I want you to be happy with your purchase. 

Should there be an issue, please contact me before leaving feedback and I will do my best to resolve the matter. 

Please check part numbers to ensure you are buying the right item.

Only what is described in the above advert is included in this sale.

Some outer boxes, retail or protective packaging may have slight marks or damage, if so the product have been checked. 

Returns

Unless stated in the advert, I accept returns if they are actioned within 14 days of the sale date. 

If the item is not properly described, or is faulty, then I will refund the item cost and postage. 

In any other case, I will refund the cost of the item only. 

Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned complete, sealed (if appropriate), unused and in a resalable condition. 

Please note that all serial numbers are recorded and will be checked upon return. 

High value items may be security marked.
