INLET : 1.5 In.
OUTLET : 1.57 In.
To Remove:
 
1.Raise and safely support the vehicle.
2.Remove the undercover.
3.Remove the suspension member stay.
4.Drain the coolant from radiator.
5.Disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses.
6.Remove the upper and lower radiator shroud.
7.If equipped with an automatic transmission, remove A/T oil cooler hoses.
8.Disconnect the reservoir tank hose.
9.Remove the radiator mounting bracket.
10.Remove the radiator.
11.After repairing or replacing radiator, install any part removed in reverse order of removal. Fill the engine with the proper type and amount of coolant.
 

To Install:

1.Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
2.Be sure to use new coolant.
3.Start the engine and check for leaks. Correct as required.

Do not damage or scratch A/C condenser and radiator core when removing!

Q:Aluminium radiators don’t require painting which allows the natural alloy finish to remain. This also gives the option to polish the radiator to near chrome appearance

Just a note: You are responsible for return shipping fees. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. The original packaging contains a bar code that helps us identify your items with your order, so your account can be credited successfully.
