Collar 'n' Cuff arm sling, Harry Potter themed fabric. Now with the added option to personalize.

Handmade using cotton fabric over the same Collar 'n' Cuff foam supplied in hospitals. This not only looks better than the plain foam but is also size adjustable. Each sling has a velcro fastening at the back of the neck allowing the sling to be made bigger or smaller. A separate piece of cotton fabric with velcro, fastens around the outside of the sling keeping the hand contained within the sling. This can be moved up or down to the desired position. The sling is also compatible for both right and left arms. .

This sling is available in a variety of sizes from toddler to adult. Child sizes are listed by age in the drop down menu. Please select the size your child wears, for example your five year old may wear age seven clothes, please select age 7 when selecting size. 

For women and men's sizes please use the guide below when choosing your size. Then make your selection from the drop down menu.

Women's size 1 = UK sizes 6-20, US sizes 2-16.

Women's size 2 = UK size 22+ , US size 18+

Men's size 1 = Chest size 34"- 40"

Men's size 2 = Chest size 42"+

You have the option to personalize the arm sling by selecting either left arm sling embroidery or right arm sling embroidery. Please make sure you select the correct arm as this will make a difference with the embroidery when the sling is worn. Once selected please complete the instructions above regarding which name, initials or nickname you would like embroidered and in which colour thread. If you do not select a colour thread you would like to use then we shall choose one that we believe compliments the sling.

Alternatively you can select to have no embroidery, just click on the correct option in the drop down menu.

You can machine wash the sling but I recommend not washing higher than 40 degrees. Please let the sling air dry and do not tumble dry. The fabric has already been washed in Fairy non biological detergent.

Please note that if you do choose to have the sling embroidered then your order shall be non refundable due to the personalized nature of the order.

The Original Concept

My husband first came up with the idea of creating a unique arm sling when our  son who was five broke his upper right arm. The foam sling provided by the hospital began to look filthy within days, even though he hadn't done anything messy. We thought, surely there's a better option out there for children and adults alike who are fed up wearing a universal, foam arm sling. Better yet, how about a personalised arm sling, one that complimented an outfit or stood out from the crowd. That is how we came up with the idea, and the first "Batman" arm sling was created. Our son chose the theme of his sling and was so delighted when I had completed it. We knew then that other children and adults would also enjoy wearing a custom made sling...not dread it every time they had to put it on.
