This is the heavyweight straight-T sleeve model with extra-long 4" cuffs and 4" waistband elastic. Very well-made.
It has two logos embroidered: One blue/white on the chest and one red/blue/white one on the end of the wearer's left sleeve

Excellent vintage condition. Feels nearly new. Has a few tiny thread ends. Ready to wear.
