 Vintage Handmade Crocheted Medium Weight Wool Green & Brown Granny Squares Afghan Coverlet Throw Blanket

 

An aray of green hues bordered by rich brown, this handmade crocheted design is refreshingly different. Based on a traditional pattern, sometimes called 'Granny Squares' this afghan has all the vertant forest colors that contrast well with that brown background. The dimensions are about 38" x 59" and it weighs 2 pounds 7 ounces.

An afghan such as this one is so handy for naps on the couch, warming up on a cool night, perhaps in front of the fire, or watching TV. Condition is very good with no imperfections that I can see. While I do not know more than I have mentioned about the previous life of this throw, I  continue to store it in a smoke free environment.

Hand washing is preferred, but you can machine wash on gentle using cold water with very mild detergent, then lay flat to dry.
