Terms and conditions for all eBay Store monitor purchases
1. Immediately prior to packing for dispatch all monitors are fully tested for pixel completeness, menu functionality and signal input functionality. Monitors are fully cleaned and sanitised.
2. Returns will ONLY be considered if the monitor/s are damaged during shipping and notified to the seller immediately on receipt prior to being connected to a device.
3. Returns period is limited to 30 days for any monitor developing a functionality fault. This does not cover any display/screen faults or performance which is excluded from any warranty period.
4. Refurbished monitors are taken from a working environment and as such could have signs of wear, scuff marks or scratches to plastic surfaces. We aim to supply a grade A unit but sometimes there will be a minor defect that does not warrant the unit being rejected.
5. The buyer is completely responsible for ensuring the compatibility of the monitor/s that they are purchasing for the use intended and also the device to which the monitor will be connected. The buyer should carry out all research before purchasing. No return will be accepted due to non-compatibility issues. If in any doubt, do not purchase.
6. No return will be accepted due to the buyer’s use of faulty connection cables and/or adapters.
7. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the operating system of their device is compatible with the monitor being purchased.
8. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the graphics card/s are compatible with the monitor being purchased.
9. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their connected device has up to date driver/s installed for the operating system and graphics card/s.
10. The buyer should obtain the relevant online user manual for the monitor to ensure they have full understanding of how the monitor functions especially the use of the menu and selecting different input ports.
