This is an ORIGINAL FIRST PRINTING of this poster by Jean-Dominique Van Caulaert.

During the 1920s, van Caulaert produced posters for the likes of Josephine Baker and Mistinguett; from the 1930s to '50s he created publicity portraits for actresses. Here's the elegant Nelly Wick, who appeared in "Three Boys, One Girl" (1948) and "Bonheur en location" (1949).

It is in B (slight tears and stains at folds and edges) condition and measures approximately 46 5/8 x 62 7/8 inches.

Poster has been laid on linen for preservation.
