Women's New Look Size 14 Navy Dress Stretch.

The fabric to this dress is structured so the skirt holds it shape. But it is very stretchy (13% elastance).

There is a zip closing on the back with a hook and eye. Around the top of the bust and back is a silicon ribbon which keeps the dress up.

I have had this stored on a suitcase in my attic for a few years. It is in perfect condition, like new. But it will need a freshen up in the wash.
