Best tasting country ham from Tennessee. Very easy to cook. Just place in skillet on medium heat cooked covered for 1 minute and flip and cook additional 1 minute. Then to make red eye gravy REMOVE HAM add INSTANT black coffee and simmer for about 3 mins and serve with your favorite biscuits. OOOHHH WEEE
