Refunds
& Exchanges
We accept returns with in the 30
days of purchase. We request customers to, simply, return the item to the
address mentioned in the invoice and we shall refund them fully once the item
is received. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging for a
full refund .In case if customer wishes to have an exchange other than
customer's choice, we then, request the customer to make sure that the item is
not used and is not opened. In the unlikely events where customer receives an
item that is faulty or damaged, customer is then requested to contact us
through eBay messaging so that we may rectify/resolve the issue.
Postage
Please note that if
customer would like to return an item for exchange or a refund , postage will
be paid by the customer .If incase a wrong item is received or is
arrived damaged during transit please contact us for a prepaid postage
label to return the item back to us .We dispatch our items same working
day if order is placed before 11:00 am and if order is placed after 11:00 am it
will be dispatched next working day. Normally it takes 2-4 working days
for 2nd class delivery and 1-2 working days for 1st class
delivery but in busy times it may take longer.
