For items which include free shipping, postage is only free for the FIRST delivery attempt to you. Please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure the delivery. If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify you and request for additional shipping fee to resend it to you.

Please send us a message through EBAY if you would like return any product.

Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.

If a buyer returns a product for a refund due to change of mind or the buyer's mistake or the returned item has no issues as the buyer explained, 5% of the total payment will be charged for a transaction fee. Only postage fee will be charged for a replacement.
