I think it is from the 1890's.
Got this from my grandmother, who got it form her Uncle Ted.
Green emerald looking numerals.

Stamped: case back is signed Brevet 2434,... if there is more, I cannot read it
Watch works but does not keep perfect time. Runs fast, about one minute fast every three hours.
When the watch has sat and not been wound, I have to wind it up and tap it against the palm of my hand to get it ticking again.
Hour hand is slightly advanced from minute hand. See first picture
