Hand painted solid wood Ouija board with a Celtic shield knot painted on using copper acrylic paint.

I took a piece of spruce and cut it into a rectangular shape with rounded corners.  After sanding it,  I painted a bronze shield knot, and Celtic style lettering on the board using black acrylic paint. It is sealed with several layers of polyurethane.

For the planchette (pointer), I used pine wood and cut it out with my band saw, then stained it brown .  I used a drill press to make the hole in it. On the back are 3 vintage topaz yellow glass cabochons. These make it slide across the board easily.

It measures 16” across, 13” high and 3/4” thick. Thanks for looking!
