Each model is created to scale in our CAD package from original size specifications and images.
We use these drawings create a 3D test print at 1:76 of the original size. The original design is then adjusted - altering the dimensions where needed, to create a 3dimensional "Scale representation" of the original.
The models are produced in house on a 3d SLA printer using UV photo polymer resins, creating a detailed model with a smooth surface, ready for final sanding, priming and then painting.
