In most cases, engine parts/accessories are not universal.  Just because it "looks right" doesn't make it right. If applicable, please verify compatibility before buying. Our inventory is brand new. To us, new means factory new, never installed (or attempted) on the machine it was designed to go on. A new item might have shelf wear, it might have dust on it, in some cases, it will have protective grease on it (gears, bearings, etc.).

Shipping Terms: 

• Orders ship within 1 business day; Weekend orders will be processed the next business day; In most cases, Monday.
• Shipping substitutions may be made at our determination to reduce shipping cost 
• We ship to AK and HI. Buyers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and/or PO Box please contact us for shipping quote.

Return Policy: 

• 30-Day return policy. Please do not wait to open & inspect your order. 
• Item must be in the original condition with all accessories, paperwork and original packaging. 
• We inspect all items prior to shipping. 
• We do not take back used, installed, or *tried* parts. 
• Electrical parts are not returnable. 
• We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, tried, or do not meet the above criteria. 
• We do not credit the original shipping cost (yours or ours) unless the merchandise is damaged or defective upon arrival.
