The JV Modified series combines classical aesthetics with modern playability to meet the needs of today's guitarist.
Inspired by the idea of the popular "Japan Vintage" reissues from the early 80s, the JVModified guitars are a refined modern version of the classic specifications.
The JV Modified 60s Custom Telecaster features a resonant basswood body and a double-bind finish that lends it an air of elegance.
Two single-coil pickups are included to reproduce the classic Tele tone, and a 4-way switch allows the user to quickly select each pickup individually or both pickups by switching between series or parallel wiring.
A push-pull pot on the tone control allows the pickups to be inverted by turning the phase switch on and off when in positions 2 and 4.
The soft "V" shaped maple neck has a silky smooth satin finish with a 9.5" radius maple fingerboard and medium jumbo frets for comfortable playability.
For players looking for a different, classic Fender touch, the JV Modified combines a unique combination of vintage Fender style and modern playability.
