Here is a unique and adorable figurine

made in mid-century Japan.

This Dutch girl/nurse is 5-1/2 inches tall

and holds a tube that originally

would have held an umbrella
or possibly a porcelain flower.

She can hold a single flower with a thin stem.

I used the faux tulip in a photo as an example.

She has an "NC" mark on the bottom,

and she's in good condition.
