It is a size M. Please check the measurements for size as it may be closer to a modern small.

It has stained areas on back sleeve, see photos.

This is a medium weight coat, it is more of a fashion coat and wouldn't be very warm in very cold weather. 

It has a single button below the collar and the main closure for the coat is the belt.
