Cupboard clear-out!  This has not been used in a long time but I tested today and it's working fine.

Please note cable connections: separate 3.5mm sockets are needed for the mic input and the audio output to the headphones.  If you have a single socket for both connections you would need the appropriate splitter cable.

The inline controller lets you adjust volume and mute the mic.
