Instructions

1. Align the chip with the corresponding groove so that the probe corresponds to the contact of the chip on the ink cartridge.

2. Place the two components close to each other. If the red light is on, it means the contact is correct and good.

3. After about 5 seconds, the red light turns to green light, which means that the chip record of the maintenance box has been refreshed.

4. Check the amount of used ink, if the amount of used ink is large, please clear the used ink, and then install the maintenance box and restart it normally;

Failure analysis
1. After the red indicator light flashes, it stays on and does not change to green light. Cause 1 The probe needle is not aligned with the contact of the chip, or the contact is dirty.
2. When using non-original Epson ink cartridges, the chip may not be in close contact with the needle.
3. If you use the original Epson design thought chip cartridge, the chip may be burnt or Epson may change the chip design, but the ink capacity recovery system can restore this type of cartridge to a full state, but the green light does not flash.
4. After refreshing and filling the ink, the printing is broken. Cause 1 The quality of the filled ink is not good. We recommend using inks that match Epson's original colors or other characteristics as much as possible. Cause 2: Air bubbles are generated in the ink cartridge when filling the ink, and the operation is slow when filling the ink. Or before use, keep the ink outlet of the ink cartridge downward for 24 hours.
