2003 Neopets Interactive Orange Kougra Talking Tiger Soft Plush-Tested-Works! I found this in a box in my basement. It is from my childhood. This plushie is in good condition considering the age! It also works and still talks. If you open the bottom of the plush, there is a plastic talk box with an off and on switch that you can change to your liking.

It does come from a smoker's house (My parents are smokers, unfortunately), but I aired the plushies out for days and they no longer seem to smell like smoke, which is great!
