Some items are more fragile than others and breakage--while rare--can occur while in transit or mishandling at USPS facilities. Photos should be taken of any damaged box delivered, and also while unpacking, especially if one hears rattles within. Some situations may require Buyer to file a claim with USPS. Please contact me should this occur. No Refunds will be issued for Lost or Stolen parcels when USPS Tracking has confirmed delivery to address provided by Buyer--make sure the parcel will be delivered to a safe, secure location as thefts occur more frequently.
