During the 30's there was tremendous experimentation in new materials and machinery. This radio represents a new hard rubber product that was molded into a radio cabinet. The cabinet is very heavy like a Crosley Repwood but it is a molded hard rubber. Even the finish is unusual unlike anything that has been made before. In addition to the hard rubber cabinet, this is a 4 tube chassis. Because of the 4 tube chassis design, these radios are well known for poor sound quality and poor reliablitity, therefore there were few radios survived, count your lucky stars, this is a rare radio.
The radio measures: 13 1/8" High x 10" Wide x 8 1/4" Deep
