The box is divided for
resell, carefully and lovingly re-packaged for delivery to your craft room.
PLEASE MAKE NOTE
All the items we sell in Crafty Fanatic Store are all brand new
and unused items from a smoke-free, pet-free home. Most of the items
are divided, repackaged in a smaller lot for resale but doesn’t take away from
the perfect condition of the items. The items are individually
repackaged in sealed cellophanes for a safe delivery straight to your craft
room.
All the items we sell, we give explicit detailed description of
the items, the quantity you will be receiving and provide more than enough
pictures from different angles (if possible) so you know exactly what you will
be receiving.
Most of our buyers are repeats and purchase multiple items at a
time since they know how we value all our customers and your satisfaction is
our number one goal.

PAYMENTS
All payments are to be made within 24-48 hours from the time the
listing ended. For multiple items, please make the purchase within 7
days from the first purchase and notify the seller immediately that you will be
purchasing another item, otherwise your items will be prepared for package
immediately.
SHIPPING
The shipments of the purchased items will be within 24-72 hours
depending if it’s a weekend/holidays.
Most of the time, the item/s will be shipped within 24 hours but
not guaranteed. This shipping timing does not apply for multiple
purchases especially if they are made at different times. The
shipping will be based on payment date of the last item purchased.
All of the items are shipped using United States Postal Service
with tracking information provided via email to the buyer with a picture of
your package before it leaves from the origin point.
I do combine shipping. Please notify me via email if there
is another item you are bidding. Please be considerate that the timeframe
is within a week of multiple bought items.
TERMS OF SALE
Crafty Fanatic Store does NOT accept returns however if the
item/s is/are totally misrepresented in anyway, then the return will be
accepted and a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost. The
items shipped are all marked with a sealed sticker labeled “ITEMS CANNOT BE
RETURNED ONCE OPENED”. Once this seal is broken, then the item
cannot be returned and no refunds will be issued.
FEEDBACK
Once item is delivered and received, please leave feedback so we
are aware that you received your item. I will in return leave
feedback to all the buyers to complete the transaction. If by any
chance, you are not happy with your purchase, please notify us and we will
address the issue. We believe that open communication is the best
way of solving any problems.
