Vintage Tupperware Picnic Box Set Gold Sun Containers Harvest Colors Needs Lids.

Fun, cheerful, vintage picnic box. Set includes picnic box & handle (no lid), 4 small bell tumblers, yellow/gold round (quart?, no lid), 3 large sandwich boxes (one lid, yellow/gold box broken at edges), small cup container (no lid), salt & pepper with lids, rectangle container (no lid).

Overall, the pieces are in great vintage shape. I found a couple of small , shallow scratches on the back of the picnic box.

NOTE: The set has that unique, vintage “old Tupperware” smell that collectors are familiar with. There are numerous suggestions floating around about how to get rid of it or minimize it. But, to be honest, I do not know that it will ever be completely gone.

Most of these containers had lids on them, but were brittle and broke when I tried to remove them, due to their age. I believe most of these pieces are classics or so popular that there are plenty of lids to be found out there or on EBay!

This is a great piece to add to a collection.
