If the item has been installed and there are obvious marks on the item from the installation then it will not be accepted for return. A receipt of this freight charge will be required by THJ to accurately apply this to your account. Expedited shipping charges beyond normal ground delivery including but not limited to 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are non-refundable.
