Each wire rod applicator is 16 inches long and 12 inches wide, with 2 inches of holding distance on each end. The paint is passed around the coil groove and leveled to a uniform width to approximately wet film thickness. The diameter of each winding has been calculated.
Rod size: 2-75 (No. 2 is only available in 1/2" size) This specification refers to the inch coil diameter (0.001inch). The rod can be stripped and rewound to save cost and reduce waste .
