How to use:

1. Inflate balloons and ties.

2. Knot balloons into buckles. Each buckle requires four balloons.

The effect is the same as that of two balloons joined together.

3. Insert all balloons into buckles according to step 2.

4. Buckle the balloon through the pole and make some adjustments to complete the balloon chain.

5. Insert both ends of the pole into the water-filled base and prepare the beautiful arch.

Tip: Injecting water or sand into the base can make it more stable.
