Mitaka Piston Kit

Piston - High silicon cast aluminium alloy, CNC machined, Teflon coating in high friction areas.
Rings - Are the best available! Always TP or Riken, the same manufacturers used on many Japanese and European OEM pistons.
Gudgeon Pin - Hollow, forged, steel alloy, high strength and hardness. Circlips included.

The kit that will be sent out will include a B size piston kit (66.95mm - Standard Size) if you wish to change to an A size (66.94mm) C size (66.96mm) size D (66.97mm) oversize 67.50mm or 68.00mm please send a message when placing your order.

Mitaka Gasket Set

Head gasket, Base gasket, Exhaust valve gaskets, Exhaust pipe O-rings, Clutch cover gasket, Side case gasket, Crankcase halves gasket, Water pump gasket, Ignition cover gasket & various o-rings if required.

Mitaka Seal Set

Includes all seals required, Main bearings, Countershaft, Clutch rod lever, Gear shift shaft, Water pump, etc.

Mitaka Conrod Kit

OEM specification and materials. Includes chromed connecting pin for crank halves, big end roller bearing (usually with flat silver bearing cages), small end roller bearing, forged shot peened steel alloy connecting rod, copper or silver thrust washers designed for high oil flow. This kit is not a complete crank, it uses your crank halves.
