This rarely seen accessory has a heavy metal base 5 1/4" Diameter with a 9 1/2" Rotating Top Portion Gun with a crank. The Crank moves freely, it does not engage. The 1 1/4" Slot on the gun top is open and is missing a part. Overall Original Condition is Good to Very Good for this Hard to Find Marx US Military Accessory.
