This is a T-CON control board for a Vizio M55-C2 TV. Part numbers on it are P550QVN01.0 55P05-C00 UZ-5555T22C04-550.
TV was barely used, a ball hit screen and caused a crack but picture was still there. So part is guaranteed working!
