Escada is a luxury fashion house originally based out of Germany and founded in 1978 by Margaretha and Wolfgang Ley. The two met in San Moritz where they were both betting a horse named Escada. Escada clothing and accessories have been worn by Diana Princess of Wales, Kim Basinger, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden and many supermodels including Cindy Crawford.
