it has been wiped clean but not polished

era note - I see these bags often attributed to the 1930s but my hunch is that this is more of a 70s bag with a 30s vibe.. 

chain is securely fastened and there are no dents. inside is clean but the velvet is slightly frayed and about a 1" section as come unglued. only a couple of  patina issues which you can see in photos.
