Microworld Electronix Commodore 64 Vic-20 Centronics Parallel Interface for attaching Centronics Printers to Commodore Computers.

I believe this is an early version as it doesn't have the typically large gold sticker covering the entire interface.

Unfortunately, I do not have a Centronics printer to test this with so I cannot confirm it's functionality.
