For sale a WPA type industrial machine age worker painting from around 1935. Frame measures 20" x 15" & the painting measures 15 1/2" x 11 1/2". It is in very good condition one small touch up to the upper right, that is hard to see. Frame is very old, worn condition. The painting is on board & has WPA stamped on the back showing through the cardboard backing. (I removed the cardboard backing, only WPA is stenciled or stamped on the back. Some one suggested this could have been added later, but this is the way I bought it from a country auction.) It is unsigned & I know nothing about the work, other than it is cool. Guaranteed to be as described or it can be returned for a full refund. Look at photos carefully. Please wait for invoice so we can add insurance to the shipping cost.
