Step 2: Download the APP
Step 3: Open phone BLE
Step 4: Open APP, click Setting-Device Connection-Scroll down the page, you will see the panel name
Step 5: Connect LED Matrix Panel

Q: When the unit is powered on, will the last program message be displayed again?
A: Yes. It will be on whatever message it was on last. Go into the app to change it.

Q: Can it be connected via blue-tooth to a smartphone?
A: Yes. Download the app to program it

Q: Can you control multiple signs with one phone?
A: I believe so. The app has options to connect to multiple signs.

Q: Can the message be steady or does it always scroll through the message?
A: You can choose for it to be steady or scroll. And you can choose the scrolling speed
