We ship all orders from Queensland, Australia. We do not drop ship or send from overseas.

Our parcels are sent via Australia Post.  Please allow adequate time for delivery by ordering in advance of your wedding or event to avoid disappointment.  Please upgrade to express during checkout if you are in a hurry and need your items sent via express post.

International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Gem's Wedding Supplies are excited to be part of your special day and understand how important the day is to you. If you receive an order and are not 100% happy, please contact us so we can rectify any problems.

Apart from returns for incorrect, damaged or faulty products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the return.

In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit, or the incorrect item has been shipped, we may also require a digital photograph to be emailed. Our Customer Service will email you to organise an appropriate solution for you which may include the return of the item at our cost.

All sales are inclusive of GST. If you require a tax invoice for GST purposes, please let us know.
