SHIPPING TERMS
Most all of our standard jewelry products will SHIP SAME DAY on orders received by 3pm Eastern. Orders received after 3pm will be shipped the very next business day. We are closed Saturdays & Sundays. Custom order jewelry, custom ring sizing, and engraving will be shipped as per the manufacturing and customization time required as show in the product listing. 1 Year Warranty Policy
We excel in selling the best quality jewelry at Roy Rose. We have had a 20-year-plus relationship with most of our manufacturers, some even as long as 40 years. However, we understand that there may be instances where the jewelry you received has a manufacturing defect. We stand 100% behind our products, and we will be happy to replace the defective item for you free of any charge. Our 1 Year Warranty covers all manufacturing defects and issues relating to the jewelry that are no affected by general wear, customizations, loss, accidents, or customer damage.
Each warranty claim is reviewed on a case by case basis by Roy Rose Jewelry and the manufacturer of the item. Please contact us with images and a detailed explanation of the defect or problem for a rapid solution.
