This is an original Frankart W.C. Fields cigarette/cigar lighter. It is signed Frankart and has "Patented Oct. 5, 1926 on the base.

He sports the iconic top hat and a boutonniere on his right lapel. The lighter is activated by pressing the 'red' nose. When pressed it lights the screw in Eagle #444 element. It has new black rayon wrapped wire/cord and the original Bakelite plug. It is in perfect working condition, has a felted base and measures 5" tall.

I have a pair of these rare lighters, the one I'm selling is in the best condition. Included will be a copy of the patent #D71,230 from Oct. 5, 1926 issued to A. Von Frankenberg  (Frankart)
