All equipment used in the factory is calibrated and traceable back to national standards. The quality systems are approved to ISO 9002:2000
The factory has its own laboratory which is extensively equipped for developing and testing rubber materials.
This includes laser measured tensile testing, the latest MDR Rheometers, Reflective Infrared Spectroscopy and Thermal Gravimetric Analysis as well as low temperature testing down to -80 C.
The company is a founder member of RAPRA (Rubber & Plastics Research association) and a member of SATRA (Shoe & Allied Trade Research association).
All compounds are tested and full traceability is maintained throughout the factory to the point of despatch. All records are computerised.
