Methods of application

Thanks to the restrictive rollers located between needles and small distance between them, on insoles it is possible to rise all weight, to put them in slippers and to go with them. The insole can be placed inside a cotton sock (pp. 27-29) and put on the foot, while sitting. You can roll items on the floor, such as a rolling pin or a glass bottle to optimize performance. Between the insole-applicator and slippers you can put cotton wool at the level of the areas to be activated; To enhance the effect, you can put a layer of fabric under the insoles - 2-3 layers of gauze or cotton cloth soaked in a solution of drugs, herbal decoction, saline solution.

"Insoles" can also be used on any part of the body.

The duration of action determines the desired effect:

stimulating (toning) effect - 5-10 minutes in active motor mode (walking, running), standing on insoles or intensively "rolling" the feet with the insole;

calming (sedative) effect - 15-30 minutes of smooth, translational, wavy movements of the foot on the insole in the initial position sitting on a chair or lying in bed.
