Description

This is a stunning Antique Handmade Sterling Silver Filigree & Japanese Saltwater Akoya Cultured Pearl Bracelet by Yamato Bros & Co. It features pearls ranging from 5.25-7.25mm. They are very white & have good luster with light pink overtones. The detailing is very fine and hand constructed. This is rare and most pieces now are cast. A lot of work was put into this. Along the edges runs a fine line of milgrain. It is not stamped but tests as solid sterling silver. A jeweler recently fixed a few missing pearl posts and the entire bracelet is strong and solid. No damage or wear to note. Total wrist size is about 7in. It measures 2 1/4 at the widest point. Has attached safety chain. It comes in the original velvet and silk box from the early 1900's. It is stamped "YAMATO BROS & CO" "KOBE JAPAN". From Japan 1910's-1940's. Any questions, ask! Shipping is USPS Priority Mail with Tracking.

About Us

We are one of the largest vintage saltwater pearl dealers on the web. Find us on eBay, Ruby Lane, Etsy or our own website by searching Vintage Valuables! Follow us on social media for special sales, giveaways and more.

For over a decade we have specialized in unique one-of-a-kind vintage and antique jewelry from the late 1800's until present day but our real passion is mid-century Japanese Akoya saltwater cultured pearls. Starting out with a single strand of pearls and an idea we have grown from a passionate collector to a restorer and then an online boutique. There is nothing like the quality of vintage and antique jewelry and it is our mission to make it an accessible and eco-conscious option for both the seasoned and novice collector.

We are always traveling across the country to antique markets and auctions acquiring buying more jewelry, so check back often.  Each piece is hand selected and carefully restored while still retaining its antique charm. If you have something special you are looking for visit our contact page and let us know!
