Simple Installation
It's perfectly possible to fit a splashback yourself with some determination and a quick search of YouTube for some guidance. You can install one of splashbacks by using solvent-free glue - the same type of glue that is used to hang mirrors on walls.
Printed colours may vary slights from online visuals and all glass designs may incur a 2mm tolerance

Shipping & Delivery
Due to the size and weight of some of our products, please ensure you make suitable arrangements beforehand. Our Glass Splashbacks are delivered by DPD's courier service, for these orders you can use DPD's Track & Trace service using your 14-digital parcel number or your reference number. Since every order is made-to-order, our current handling time is around 10 working days with Next Day Delivery shipping. The Splashbacks in this listing only are available on purchase and ready-to-ship.

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products being made-to-order we are unable to offer refunds once the order has been processed. The customer shall be responsible for providing us with the correct information and measurements. If you would like to amend/cancel your order, please inform us within a 1-hour time frame from placing your order.

Returns Policy
Express Glass Warehouse, may, but are under no obligation to honour requests for refunds for the following reasons
Non-delivery of the product
Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you may not receive delivery confirmation from us. Depending on the price of the product, Express Toughening Ltd may require you to first show proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item.
Irreparable defects with the product
Although all the products are thoroughly quality checked before release, unexpected defects may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request.
Product not-as-described
A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check all sizes and measurements for each type of product selected before submitting and confirming the order.
Product must not be returned after 14 days following the date of receiving goods.
Any issues must be raised with us no later than the third day following the date of receiving your goods.
