Two Vintage Cake Plates - Possibly Early Royal Albert?

The back stamp which is only one one plate is simply has a crown with England underneath.  Searching for similar marks the closest in shape to this is one that Royal Albert used between 1894 and 1905. Royal Albert produced similar swag patterns (but can't find this one) around that time. 

If anyone can verify and give more light on the maker, than please let me know.  

The patterns appear to be hand painted - there is small differences between the two plates.
