PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The XFORT® 3 lever sash lock is a mortice locking mechanism for external and internal wooden doors. It features a latch and bolt for use with door handles where key locking door security is needed. The lightly sprung latch will retract fully with only 25-30-degree depression of a lever or knob handle, making opening and closing doors effortless. The key operated deadbolt can be locked and unlocked from both sides. For enhanced security, both the latch and deadbolt are made from solid brass. The face plates are supplied with a protective removable film which ensures they are not scratched or marked during installation.
