Toddler's pull over dresses have close fitting bodice with neckband and tiered gathered skirt from contrast fabric. Purchased applique is optional. View A dress has full length sleeves and gathered tulle underskirt. iew B dress has short sleeves and skirt made from three contrast fabrics. Leggings, without side seams, have elastic at waist. View A leggings have ruffles at bottom edges. View B leggings are cropped.
