If any shoe has a broken or some defect that is not seen we will let you know.

We try to capture everything and describe everything in the list, but we may lose things on occasion.

We are resellers, not the original owner, so we do not know the exact mileage

All shoes are washed internally and externally including insoles.

If the item is not your expectation, we offer a return policy of 30 days.
