2.All items are dispatched from Melbourne or Sydney via AU POST or other couriers. (We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon the size and weight of each item and the delivery location)
3.Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch as supplied to us by logistics. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require a longer delivery time.
4.Please ensure your address is correct during checkout.,otherwise, late delivery or cancel orders may occur.
5.After dispatch, the tracking number will be available, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. We will keep track of the logistics info for you and inform you if there is an exception.
