When you receive the item you purchased from me and there is any type of concern, please contact me via regular messaging without panicking or over reacting and tell me what your concern is and allow me to understand and address the issue. I assure you the issue will be addressed in the best way possible. Opening a case prior contacting me creates issues for all parties.

If you do not get the issue resolved in the most professional way possible after you give me a chance, then you have all the right to ask ebay to step in and help you, but getting ebay involved by opening a case prior giving me the chance to address the issue, takes away my ability to address the issue as they take control and it creates issues for me and I, instead of addressing the issue, start concentrate on protecting my interests.

If the system asks you to chose a reason to contact me, such as “item does not match description or photos”, right before sending a message to me, it means you are opening a case already and you are in the wrong area of the website. Knowing myself, how picky and meticulous I am as a person and a seller, my gear and what kind of condition they are in at the time of listing them, my professional photos that show ever detail of what you are about to purchase, my experience in packaging and shipping, 100% safe arrival for 20 years and no damaged package, and 100% satisfaction rate from my buyers as my feedback will show, I immediately will consider all cases opened without contacting me, such as “item not as described”, “does not match photos of description”, as attempts to gain or hustle as this is not uncommon and they all start in very similar manner and it know them prior they even start.

All gear is marked, I have photos of the inside in detail, videos of each unit. and as soon as it’s opened, I will know as my mark is made for that reason. When any of these eBay loopholes are used to somehow “get me”, I have the counter surprise when I receive back the unit. I assure you, you will lose as I know ebay and how to work it to my advantage extremely well, thus I ask to please do honest business as I’m here to do just that and my auctions and descriptions are as honest as you as a buyer would want them to be, but try those tricks and see how bad it ends for your pockets.
