Aerofoil-shaped base - for joint decompression.    

Tongue tag - stops tongue thrusting, grinding, reverse swallowing and other contributing factors in TM Joint disorder.  

Tongue guard - controls the tongue position.    

Double mouthguard effect - with vertical sides that limit bruxing.
